By accessing or using ZyMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

ZyMart connects customers with local shops for delivery of products. We act as an intermediary platform and do not manufacture or stock products ourselves.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• One person may maintain only one account

• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and shop acceptance

• Prices are set by individual shops

• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders

5. Delivery

• Delivery is attempted to the address provided at checkout

• GPS verification may be required for accurate delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary

6. Cancellation & Refund

Refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages for detailed information.

7. Shop Owners

• Shops must provide accurate product and pricing information

• Registration fee is non-refundable after approval

• ZyMart reserves the right to suspend shops violating terms

8. Limitation of Liability

ZyMart is not liable for product quality issues — these are the responsibility of individual shops. We facilitate resolution between customers and shops.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
