Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before shop confirmation (prepaid orders)

• Shop unable to fulfill the order

• Wrong or damaged product delivered

• Product not delivered within promised time

Non-Refundable

• Cash on Delivery orders (no payment made)

• Delivered orders accepted by customer

• Shop registration fee after shop approval

Refund Timeline

• UPI/Paytm/GPay: 1-3 business days

• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days

• Net Banking: 3-5 business days

2. Our team verifies the issue within 24 hours

3. Approved refunds are processed automatically

4. You receive confirmation via email/SMS
