❌ Cancellation Policy

For Customers

Before Confirmation: You can cancel your order anytime before the shop confirms it. No charges apply.

After Confirmation: Cancellation may not be possible if the shop has already started processing. Contact support immediately.

Cancellation Process: Go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel (if available) OR contact support via WhatsApp.

For Shop Owners

Cancel Order: Shops can cancel orders only in exceptional circumstances (stock unavailable, delivery issues). Frequent cancellations may affect shop rating.

Notify Customer: Always notify the customer via WhatsApp if cancellation is necessary.

Refund on Cancellation

• Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5-7 business days

• Cash on Delivery: No refund needed

• Refer to our Refund Policy for details
